Saturday thoughts...
If you bought a tractor in New York State and wanted to get it back home to Georgia what would you do? You might google freight brokers and get a 20 something year old to reply to you via email and quote you a price that sounds fantastic. Then it happens..... Uh the truck is there but the farmer you bought it from doesn't have a loading dock. Well DUH, Of course they don't. Freight broker now tells you "we are going to need a step deck or hotshot with ramps. That will be 800$. Nice surprise!
We do our best to keep surprises to a minimum.
We have a 4.9 rating on Google! How did we do that? When we quote work we do our due diligence! A few years in this industry have taught us all the key components of a successful shipment to a customer. We also often hear " Well I dont always have very much freight so maybe you do not want to work with us". NONSENSE! Some of our best and favorite customers to work with only move a shipment every 6 month to even as much as 2 years. We love working with small businesses and we are one ourselves so how could we be haters?
If you are looking to upgrade your transportation provider you really do not need to look further than us. We are polite on the phone. A lot of providers seem annoyed that you want them to provide a service and receive actual money! How rude of you to try calling, right? We will walk you through the entire process and we do not have any difficult contracts to fill out nor will we ask for a credit card number! So in closing we are asking essentially that if you our someone you know could benefit from our services please pass our info along. We are American owned and operated.
