Mobile Feeding and Reading: A Heartwarming Experience for So Cabat-batoan Community
On August 06, 2024, the Troops of Charlie (CRAWLERS) Company, 89IB, led by 1Lt Ariel O Asentista, organized a Mobile Feeding and Reading event in the community of So Cabat-batoan, Brgy Cabuling, San Fernando, Bukidnon. This initiative aimed to promote education and combat hunger through a military service mobile vehicle.
The event was a resounding success, from the community eagerly participating in the activities. They enjoyed delicious ice cream, rice, and pansit noodles, savoring each bite with delight. The troops also conducted a lively reading tutorial, which garnered enthusiastic responses from the young participants.
To further enhance their spiritual enlightenment, the troops distributed religious books for the children to review. These books served as a valuable resource for their personal growth.
The Mobile Feeding and Reading event was made possible through the unwavering support of stakeholders, particularly the Kalagangan Business Sector, led by Hon. Charles Torregosa and Hon.
