Container Waste Limited Container Waste Ltd is 100% Christchurch owned & operated We have 3 smaller trucks in our fleet which operate our building skip service.

What we do:
**Large Scale & Quarantine/Special Waste Cartage to disposal site.
**Rubbish Skips - builders/landscapers & domestic customers. Container Waste Ltd specialises in transporting "special waste" to Kate Valley Landfill - at present we are still involved with the Christchurch Rebuild & working with high quality companies to clear the city of asbestos & other demolition waste. We have 3 t

ruck & trailer units in our fleet & our drivers are all very experienced operators who take pride in their work & provide exceptional service. Our drivers are super friendly & it's their mission to provide exceptional service and keep our customers happy. Builders & landscapers are our main customers and we can also accommodate domestic/residential customers. Where possible waste is diverted from the landfill & recycled or reused. The main items for recycling are: Gib board, untreated timber, cardboard, hardfill & plastic. Utilisation of EcoSort facilities is key to reducing our impact on the environment.

Last night was the sponsors back of jersey draw for the NPC and this year we drew no.4, so the locks will be wearing our name.

Our Story

BUILDERS - we save you money! 24 hour turnaround - we aim for a 24 hour maximum turn around from the time you call us to when we are on your site. You don’t have to wait days for your skip to be emptied while more rubbish piles up on your site that later needs to be transferred into a skip. This saves your labour costs and ensures your site remains clean & tidy, ensuring your reputation as a quality builder is maintained.

We have GIB only skips at a discounted rate, Hardfill, Green Waste Only skips and General Waste skips.

Waste is diverted from the landfill for local processing or re-use. We currently divert untreated timber, Gib, Scrap Metal and Glass from Landfill in commercial volumes. Untreated timber is utilised by Central Woodhoggers as wood chip for animal bedding, boiler fuel & landscape supplies. Gib is diverted to Canterbury Landscape Supplies Ltd for further processing and use within their business. Scrap Metal and Glass are also diverted from Landfill to local processors. We have a strong relationship with Hurunui District Council Waste Team & we work together with to reduce waste to landfill in the district. Utilisation of local waste processing facilities is key to reducing the impact on the environment.
