We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Field Sales Agent to join our team and drive revenue growth within assigned regions.
Locations: Rivers and Imo States - Remote (Field-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Facility Maintenance Services (B2B & B2C)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients (B2B & B2C)
Convert prospects into paying customers
Close new deals and secure service contracts
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Promote the company and increase brand visibility within the region
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Submit timely and accurate sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/ND qualification
2–3 years proven experience in a field sales role
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
