I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent interaction with a staff member at Popkidspool.
1. Although he was chaotic on his side, he seems to expect others to be in the same situation. 😅
2. When the supplier asked for details, he provided a very brief response: "water volume" = "minimum." 😅
3. Because our transport cannot "fly" (he inquired about water supply at 8 AM but wanted the lorry to arrive by 8:30 AM), he left us a 1-star review on Google, claiming we are unprofessional. 😅
4. He mentioned that he made a booking two days in advance, but when I asked for the receipt, he said it was not from us. 😅
5. Due to his chaotic and emotional nature when reading messages on WhatsApp, he judged that I was not responding nicely. 🥹......
