Our sector company, Mack Air - A John Keells Group Company (GSA for Verteil Technologies in Sri Lanka) successfully conducted a New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) familiarization and product presentation at The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Verteil Technologies and in collaboration with the IATA Agents Association of Sri Lanka (IAASL).

The event was addressed by Mr. Rohan Jayamanna, President of IAASL, Mr. Shaminda Fernando, CEO of Mack Air, Mr. Biju George, Associate Vice President – Sales, Verteil Technologies and Mrs. Nayashree Gowda, Manager – Key Accounts, Verteil Technologies.

The programme brought together travel industry professionals to explore Verteil NDC, a platform that enables travel agents to access, compare, and book NDC content from multiple airlines through a single interface.

The event concluded with an engaging discussion session, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in driving innovation and enhancing the competitiveness of Sri Lanka’s travel industry.

The event showcased AirAsia’s extensive regional network and its seamless connectivity through Bangkok to some of Thailand’s most sought-after destinations, including Phuket, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai, and more.
