A vacancy has arisen for an experienced full-time Traffic Planner assistant to join our team based in Willenhall - Walsall area.

As a Polish Speaking Traffic Planner Assistant your duties will include:

Daily Planning and allocation of vehicles to loads
Contracting loads
Administration and supervision of drivers daily workflow
Communicating with drivers
Collecting and reconciling POD
Data handling and recording
Excel spreadsheet maintenance
Daily reporting
Administration of paperwork
Communicating with accounting department
Answering phone calls and dealing with equiries

An ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

Numerate and literate
Good attention to detail
PC literate with an aptitude for software applications
Some experienced in transport operations
Familiar with WTD and Tachograph regulations
Willing and able to learn new skills and work with a can-do attitude

In return, you will receive a salary of £22,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience + performance bonus.

John Jellicoe is a small general haulage company based in Willenhall operating 15 HGV. The company intends to acquire additional 5 HGVs due to an increased demand for its service.
