This is exactly the story the “gold Lamborghini” represents.
We have a lovely family who have been using our services for several years, mainly for holidays but also for other journeys. They have two wonderful children, a boy and a girl. The boy tends to suffer from car sickness, so the parents are always particularly keen to book one of our drivers in particular — Cristian, a father of two boys himself.
Over time, the boy has felt noticeably more relaxed with him than with other drivers. They chat about football and cars, and he prefers to sit in the front seat. To help make the journeys easier for him, Cristian came up with a simple but thoughtful game: to spot a purple sports car and a gold Lamborghini on the way to the airport. A challenge in itself, as a gold Lamborghini is not something you see every day.
On their most recent pick-up, Cristian went a step further. He brought the boy a small toy car — a golden Lamborghini. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. The child had just come off a difficult, very bumpy flight and was already feeling unwell. That small gesture completely changed the atmosphere of the journey home. He quickly forgot about the discomfort of the flight and settled into the ride feeling calm and happy.
The moral of the story is simple: personality cannot be photoshopped. Our drivers are among the best in the industry because they genuinely care!
