Happy birthday to this beauty, my ride or die. It’s absolutely shocking to me that she’s 44…and that we’ve been friends for 20 years - we’re officially old, don’t really behave like it…so that’s ok. She’s the perfect example of living life fearlessly, authentically and unapologetically herself. Which is why 44 looks so damn good oh her! 🙌
I couldn’t imagine doing life without her and so happy we get to celebrate together in France. Love you to the moon & back 💫❤️🥂

Not me already crying as I write this…🥹 A note to my Mum

From our early days together, playing with me as a baby, feeling my wild imagination & creative side, to now still doing the exact same thing with Artie….

You’ve always been right there with us - so loving, so reliable and always so much fun.

You’re the mum who’s fully involved, never watching from the sidelines, always right at the heart of every moment.

You’re the mum who’d pick me and all my friends up after a night out and make sure everyone got home safe.

You’ve held my hand through every big milestone, including the moment Artie arrived into the world in 2019.

You’re the one who was my rock this past week - running endless errands with me… to the dump, charity shops, folding laundry and scrubbing floors right down to the final hours before we moved out.

And now, we’ve ended up back under your roof, temporarily “homeless,” waiting for our move to Canada 🇨🇦 (I promise we’ll leave eventually! 😂).

Thank you for EVERYTHING you’ve done for me & my little family.

We’d genuinely be lost without you, Mum. You’re our safe place, our cheerleader and honestly just the absolute best human I know.

Happy Mother’s Day 💖 Love you endlessly - today and always xx

How have the last four years been??…👀

This month marks four years since I stepped away from the corporate world to build something of my own.

4 freaking years!!!! 😱😅🥳

The journey of female entrepreneurship isn’t always the glossy highlight reel you see on social media.

It’s late nights, uncertain income and questioning yourself at 3 AM.

But it’s also the freedom to be at your child’s school play without asking permission.

It’s the thrill of helping other female-led businesses shine.

It’s building something authentic that reflects your values.

On this International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating all the female entrepreneurs who are white-knuckling through their own rollercoasters – whether you’re in your first year or your fifteenth. 🎢🤘

We may not always know exactly where the track is heading, but we’ve chosen the adventure over the predictable path.

And that choice takes courage every single day.

Today I’m sharing my unfiltered story of 4 years in business – the highs, the lows, and the big announcement about where this rollercoaster is taking me next.

Personal post - I’m emotional writing this. Big changes happening here. 🥲

I’ve tried to snapshot the month, but what’s hard to convey is just how much of an emotional rollercoaster it’s been. 🎢

Life has to move forwards, but damn, sometimes it’s hard. Even when it’s good things.

We said goodbye to my husband as he starts the next chapter, laying the foundations for our new life in Canada. We’ll be joining him this summer. I’m happy we have some more time here but we also really miss him.

It’s both incredibly exciting and unbelievably tough - especially when you’ve built a nice life somewhere with the most amazing friends - and my mum round the corner! 💔

But, we LOVE Canada , and it will be amazing for us and our son - a fresh start, new opportunities and the adventure of a lifetime!

And so, let’s also address the excessive new tattoo collection? Let’s call it my way of surrendering control. Letting go. Also, a permanent set of friendship charms I get to carry with me wherever I go.

Thanks to all our wonderful friends & family who have been bloody amazing!

I’m not great with change. But it’s happening. We move.

And THANK F*CK January is over!!! 🎉

✨ Goodbye, 2024. You actually were kind of epic. ✨

I thought about doing a big recap of the year, but honestly? I’ve been sick since Christmas Day and completely ran out of time. 🙃

Luckily, I’m back just in time to see 2025 in with our besties—and a new friend we made on our travels this summer! 🎉

So here’s the short version (because let’s be real, we’re all a little over highlight reels by now 🙈😉)…

👉 March was all about my sister in law’s beautiful Dublin wedding—family, love, and Guinness in abundance. 💍🍀 👉 Summer was one for the books with our big trip to North America—Toronto, NYC, and even the Dominican Republic for my birthday. 🌴✨ 👉 And then Taylor Swift in London (Night 8!) happened. Still not over it. 🎤✨
👉 August, we welcomed 2 gorgeous baby boys into our extended family. 💙 👉 September brought a huge milestone: Artie started school — and I’m still not sure how we got here! 🎒
👉 2024 was also the year I niched into travel —the best decision I’ve made for my business. 🌟✈️
👉 AND I finally got tattooed (and now have 7 tattoos!) 🍂✈️🪩🐝⚡️🦋🐍

2024, you were a whirlwind.

So, here’s to making 2025 just as magical. Here’s to some bold moves and an epic BIG MOVE pending summer 25!🥂✨

Merry Christmas, you lovely lot! I decided against posting with a song as I’m getting sick of those types of posts (sorry!) 🙈

Also, sorry/ not sorry 🤷‍♀️ for being a bit MIA lately- life & work have been busy in Q4. 🎢 And as per most of us small business owners, our socials are the first to take the hit when things need prioritising!

I’m going to rectify that next year as I truly believe showing up consistently is the key to success, but we can’t always do it alone. Right?!?

I have been blown away 🤯 by the response to my marketing VA ad and can’t wait to on board one of the amazing candidates next year. (Thank you to all that applied and for your patience as I work through them!)

Anyway, enough about me. I hope YOU have the most wonderful Christmas and manage to have some downtime.
