Please can I remind customers that we are a small family run buisness.

When making a booking please can you make sure if you are wanting to cancel that it is in good time NOT at the time of pick up.

*I didn't realise the time*

Isn't good enough to warrent the time, fuel and missed bookings spent to get to you to then return without the fare.

Please be mindful and considerate to all small businesses in these hard times.
