The calm after the storm!

Check out this snapshot of our warehouse and our trailers undercover, hard at work unloading away from the elements to protect our customers' freight. Despite record volumes last night, our Pallet track Hubs delivered superb turn-around times. All 5 of our trunk vehicles made it back by 07:00, ready for delivery today just in time for The Easter Break!

Our team's flexibility and reliability shine through as we seamlessly cope with fluctuating volumes, ensuring that your shipments remain dry and secure. Here the pictures shows 2 of our double deck trailers out delivering.

📏🎄 Melvin is taking over our measuring duties today! At HRS, we're all about precision and clarity, especially when it comes to our pallet sizes. Let's break it down with a little festive help:

🎁 Full Pallet: Our Full pallets can be for up to 1200kg and reaches heights of up to 2.2 meters. Perfect for your larger shipments!

🎁 Half Pallet: Ideal for medium loads, our half pallets are for shipments up to 500kg and can stand tall at 2 meters.

🎁 Quarter Pallet: Compact but sturdy, the quarter pallet is your go-to for smaller items, supporting up to 250kg and measuring up to 60cm in height.

Remember, any pallet over the size of 1.2m x 1.2m is considered oversized and will be charged accordingly. Our elf friend is making sure everything measures up to our standards!

Customers can look at these 2 hour window time slots online using our members portal not only saving them time from sitting on the phone to the office waiting for them to get an answer but also where it’s live, it updates if the driver has been held up at a delivery point or caught in traffic 🚛
