We’re looking for an additional West Midlands based Tour Manager to join our small, friendly team at Dragonfly Holidays. If you know someone warm, steady and people‑centred, please feel free to share this with them.
Tour Manager – Dragonfly Holidays
Part-time, people‑centred role (6–10 tours per year)
What the role involves:
– Welcoming guests and setting a calm, companionable tone
– Being the friendly point of contact throughout the holiday
– Light commentaries, refreshments on board, and keeping the itinerary running smoothly
– Liaising with the driver, hotel and venues
– Ensuring guests feel comfortable, included and well looked after
It’s not a clipboard job — it’s about kindness, steadiness and creating a lovely atmosphere.
Who this suits:
Someone warm, reliable and people‑centred.
This role often suits active semi-retired people from caring, community‑focused or public‑facing backgrounds.
Availability for occasional seasonal tours (e.g. Christmas or New Year) is a bonus.
What we offer:
A competitive day rate, with all meals, accommodation and guest gratuities included.
Tours are mainly 5 days, but also range from 4 to 7 days.
All holidays start and end in Hopwood (South West Birmingham).
Dates are offered in advance so you can choose what suits you.
