Below is the email we received from Manchester Airport.

Hi,
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on Manchester Airport, with passenger volumes since March around 90% lower than they were in 2019.

As a result of the biggest challenges we have ever faced, it has been necessary to realistically look at how we can plan our recovery which includes reviewing income from car parking, retail and other products and services.

Therefore, we have made the decision to increase our drop off and pick up tariffs. From 00.01 on Sunday 1st November, the following will apply:

Drop off

£5 for five minutes

£6 for 10 minutes

Over 10 mins is £25.00

Pick up

Up to 30 mins £6

Up to 1 hour £12

Up to 2 hours £15

Up to 4 hours £20

Up to 24hours and for each additional 24 hours £55

This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly but is necessary to aid our recovery and protect as many jobs as possible.
