This post hits the nail right on the head!

As a small business it’s a hard decision but we would rather make the decision on our own choice to close rather than be forced into it.

Be responsible. Money comes and go’s. Health before Business..

Ross

20/03/2020

The safety and health of our drivers, office staff and our customers are our first priority.
Many of our customers are vulnerable or elderly and whilst we appreciate that we are often a vital service to them, in our line of business our drivers are obviously in very close proximity to these vulnerable passengers.
While we have taken all necessary steps and preventative measures to keep our cars clean and safe, one sneeze or cough by a contaminated person could potentially be fatal. It has become apparent to us during the last few days that the right and responsible thing to do is to suspend all taxi services to the general public until further notice - given school closures and government guidance for ‘unnecessary travel’ to be avoided and to practice ‘social distancing’ to help prevent the further spread of this virus.
We hope you will respect and understand that this was a very difficult decision to make and look forward to your support again in the not-too-distant future.

Stay well folks.
