I love cooking pasta, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that a great dish always starts with an exceptional olive oil.

About a month ago, during a delivery run to Italy, I made sure to grab a proper bottle. Tonight, it’s finally hitting the pan with some fresh seafood.

Nothing beats switching off after a long day by cooking a proper meal.

It was a special morning at Coupals Primary Academy. My daughter, Evelina, received an award for her consistent hard work and for embodying the school's core DRIVE values.

We often focus on big, final outcomes, but this was a reminder that genuine success is built on the choices made every single day.

Seeing her commitment recognized early on is incredibly rewarding.

Saturday was spent at Wembley, taking in the scale and the roar of a stadium match, but Sunday was the real highlight, watching my daughter perform in her dance show.

As much as I love the energy of a massive sporting venue, nothing quite matches the feeling of sitting in the audience and watching your kids do exactly what they love.

This Friday, 22nd May, Dragos Transport is proud to sponsor the fundraiser match for Stuart Kingham at The New Croft, Haverhill.

Stuart sustained a serious injury playing the game he loves, and the local football community is coming together to support his recovery journey.

It’s a full family event—kick-off is at 7 PM, entry is just £5, and there will be a BBQ, entertainment, and activities for all ages. Every single penny raised goes directly to Stuart.

After a busy week, the weekend was all about switching off.

✅ Friday: Quality family time in the garden, talking until late.
✅ Saturday: A change of pace, just my wife and I spending the day walking around Cambridge and grabbing dinner.

Ready to get back to the grid, but grateful for the time to hit pause.

Shed season is officially here, and the volume is proof. We successfully delivered 270 units last week, and the feedback has been fantastic.

In the interest of transparency: out of those 270, we had just 2 returns. Both were due to packaging damage hidden deep within the pallets that only became visible during unloading.

In a high-volume game, a 99.3% success rate is something the team is incredibly proud of.
