Braved the awful weather today with 7 horses at our first show of the year, where they all jumped super and I couldnā€™t have asked for more.

Star of the day has to be rising 6yo Pretty Dream Van Gravenhof (Hardrock Z x Tangelo) who went to jump her first newcomers to come šŸ„ˆ in her section, and she felt so good we also did the foxhunter where she jumped an incredible clear and only her 7th show. Huge thank you to her owner Becky Machon for the trust in this special horse.

Also a massive thank you to Beth Taylor for driving and the help at the show as well as Daisy Andrews & Josie Dearden-Dunn and Scarlet Rourke for keeping the show on the road at home, genuinely couldnā€™t do it without you. And as always to everyone at Chard Equestrian for all their hard work in tough conditions and a great show as always. Worth the early start!

Daisy is a 9 year old 15.3 mare with a temperament to die for. She has done a bit of everything including jumping, dressage, x country, hunting, hacking. She is very safe and not spooky, snaffle mouthed for everything and never strong or naughty. She has a beautiful little jump and has jumped 80/90cm at shows. She stays in the same rhythm to and from the jump and is very easy to ride to a fence. Daisy is a great mix between not being a kick along but not being sharp off the leg, and is very comfy to ride. She would be super for a childā€™s first off of ponies, or an adult wanting to have fun. She would be great for PC, riding club as is a schoolmistress type. Hacks out alone and in company. You can ride her with a contact or on the buckle and she stays lovely and level. She is easy to catch load clip shoe etc. no medical history of vices. Fit sound ready to make someone very happy. The last two horses had in like her passed their vettings and sold to the first people to see them and couldnā€™t be happier with them so dont miss out on this lovely horse.
