✨ FERG – BORDER COLLIE PUPPY STILL LOOKING FOR HIS PERSON ✨

Ferg is a 5–6 month old Border Collie pup with a heart full of love and a brain that’s desperate to learn. He’s a genuinely lovely lad who wants nothing more than to please his humans—and we can’t quite believe he’s still waiting.

This boy has bags of potential. He could make a brilliant agility dog and may also have the makings of a working sheepdog in the right hands. He already understands some basic training and is eager to keep learning.

• Committed family:
A home ready to help him grow into a well‑rounded, confident member of the household.
• Active lifestyle:
An active home— a quick walk around the block will not meet his needs.
• Canine role model:
A confident resident dog would be a huge bonus; he adores canine company.
• Dog‑savvy children:
Children who understand boisterous, bouncy pups.
• Ongoing training:
A family committed to lead work, recall, and giving his brain a job.
• Cats:
A home with a confident cat may be possible with careful management, but he is very lively around cats.

Border Collies are intelligent, high‑drive dogs who need stimulation, structure, and purpose to thrive. If you’re looking for a calm, low‑energy sofa companion, Ferg is absolutely not the dog for you. He needs a home that understands his breed and can give him the physical and mental outlets he requires.

The good stuff

• Dog social: Brilliant with other dogs and has learnt to respect the older ones.
• Crate trained: Sleeps through the night in his crate.
• House trained: Appears to be house trained—no accidents here, despite being told otherwise.
• Respectful in the home: Hasn’t chewed anything in the house (he has plenty of toys and doggy friends—Aslan is his favourite—to keep him busy).
• Personality: Bright, affectionate, and full of enthusiasm.

Ferg is still very much a puppy: strong on the lead, recall is hit‑and‑miss, and his energy levels are… enthusiastic. But in the right home, he is going to be an incredible dog.

Yesterday I had just enough time to catch a quick photo of a very sunny Aberystwyth seafront and some top notch fish and chips from the chip box 4 before picking up the lovely passengers to go to Birmingham airport.. what fantastic scenery on the journey too 😁

Early starts are no problem for Atlas cars.. 4am start on bank holiday Monday to Heathrow, followed by a Maccy Ds breakfast before the journey home.. true to our word, anywhere, any time, with no added costs to you, the customer 👍
