Parking in Brighton

Parking in Brighton ParkinginBrighton. co.uk was originally used for a parking protest group named TAPP in Brighton & Ho Originally the domain www.Parking in Brighton .co.

uk was used for a parking protest group in Brighton & Hove as the quite new parking controls were expanding all over the city, with in particular traders becoming troubled at what they saw as being persecuted for what was their need to park close to the jobs in hand. In 2007 the group started to disband and this domain ceased to be used, so it was purchased and was then used to show a few odd, unu

sual pictures of inconsiderate parking in the city. This Facebook 'Page' version started in 2013 gives the general driving, walking and working public a means to show off their own views they have taken. If the views are posted by the 'Page' owner, they are copyright, unless its taken from a news cutting which will be mentioned where its was sourced. To comply with the criteria, all pictures are or must be in the public domain and none within private car parks or other places than the 'Highway'. Only any abusive of foul comments or those aimed at a person or organisation will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned.

Whats more important, a bit further walk to your van or hindering the tactile crossing point for at last the last 30 or so minutes on Montpellier Terrace.
Maybe a bit more education for staff at
Morrison Telecom Services

Are you paying for a Traders Permit?
What is the point when you can no longer use them in the lanes, and when Valley Gardens Phase 3 comes into force, whatever version, all the current 32 parking bays will be removed too.

Rember TAPP? Does it need reviving, as the responses from the council in all the no-reply emails and a closed parking office since Covid is abysmal.

Write in, complain to your local councillor.

Just how will tradesmen on an urgent unplanned call make a visit to any of the properties within Valley Gardens once phase 3 has started and implemented, with all the thity plus parking bays removed which includes the side streets like Princes Street on the East side, Royal York Builldings above the YHA Hostel, anything in Pool Valley to the South, on the West side, and including leading through the Avenue to East Street where all of Batholomews and Ship Street has already had all of its bays removed.
Despite consultation responses by many of the business around the Old Steine their thoughts were just put aside and as we all know the plans have gone ahead, at an additional cost the ratepayers by a loan.

Might not be buses at many stops today, however this inconsiderate parking is still blocking all the pavement.
Brighton & Hove City Council should still be checking the area today through NSL for football at the Amex today.

While most delivery vans might briefly sit on double yellows or even on the pavement, the UPS driver would be more likely to receive a ticket while Brighton & Hove City Council vans apparently do not cause an issue bumping up on pavements or cause an obstruction to pedestrians and the less abled.
This work team were part of the anti graffitti team who were trying to obliterate the marks around the city.
Maybe a photo of them first might help track down the culprits who have a disregard to other peoples property.

Since taking out the little run through here on Marlborough Place toward North Road for the new Valley Gardens project, where the motorbike stand was, this location with three managing agents offices, those new loading bays are frequently used by car drivers and certainly not 'loading' or unloading!
These security cars are also often sat around here long term and yet a tradesman with tools would quickly get asked to move.
