Reminder for residents in Ashcroft, Cache Creek, and nearby areas ⚠️

This Sunday, crews will be conducting a 12 hour planned power outage that will affect the communities of Ashcroft, Cache Creek and select properties in Walhachin. This outage is required to complete critical maintenance on the substation transformer that serves your communities. This work will help ensure we continue to deliver safe, reliable power.

Date: Sunday, May 31, 2026
Time: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All impacted customers with up-to-date contact information have already received notifications via e-mail and automated phone calls.

We understand there is no good time for an outage, but this critical maintenance work will help reduce the chance of unplanned outages in the future. It also ensures the safety of our crews that will be working in the area that day.

Service Update: Current Diesel Pricing & Billing
Hello,

We Truly Value your Business. We are aware of the cost burden, but unfortunately, the cost of fuel is beyond our control. With the current fuel crises, our rates have effectively changed to ensure we can continue to operate within the current market.

Today’s Diesel Price is $2.37 per liter, and our billing is set relative to this rate. To keep things clear for your records, here is how this applies to your invoices:

Fuel Surcharges: Any and all services that are dependent on fuel consumption are subject to a fuel surcharge.

Billing Details: Invoices are calculated based on KMs and/or time, and are generated as soon as a job is completed.

Dispatch Fees: Our flat-rate dispatch fees (Local, Regional, and Long Haul) remain at a 0% fuel surcharge.

Surcharge Caps: To help manage costs on larger jobs, we maintain a 90% maximum cap on fuel surcharges for long-haul assignments.

Tax Handling: Please note that all services are subject to GST.
