MOELADILOTLHOKO AWAITS BAIL RULING
The Broadhurst Magistrate Court is this morning set to deliver a bail ruling for 35-year-old Moeladilotlhoko News Boiler founder, Tshepho Sethibe, also known as Moeladilotlhoko.
He has been in custody since Friday, 27 February, following his arrest on a charge of using offensive electronic communication, contrary to Section 18 of the Cybercrime and Computer Related Act.
The charge arises from a Facebook post allegedly made on 17 February 2026, in which he accused the Chief of Medie village of involvement in ritualistic murder.
