- Booking Fees and Deposits
Shoalhaven Transfers requires a deposit for all booking types. No booking will be confirmed until such time as all outstanding deposit monies have been received. All outstanding amounts (full price minus booking fee) must be paid 14 days prior to the date of tour. Bookings within 14 days of tour/transport, must be paid in full upon booking. All bo
oking types require a minimum $50 per person booking fee. Any booking fee greater then the minimum, will be specified by way of email/text message or listed on our website. All prices are subject to change. tours/transportation which exceeds the quoted time due to circumstances beyond the control of Shoalhaven Transfers, may incur an additional fee. This fee will be charged at the discretion of Shoalhaven Transfers, and will be charged based on our hourly rate, which may increase after midnight, or on public holidays. Any cancellation of tour/transportation must be received and confirmed by staff at Shoalhaven Transfers. No fee will be charged for cancellation up to 14 days prior to service. Booking fee will be charged for any cancellation between 14 days and 7 days of start time of tour/transportation. 100% of tour/transportation fee will be charged for any /all cancellations made within 7 days of start time of tour/transportation. Changes to the number of participants for any service by the customer, must be communicated to Shoalhaven Transfers at first possible opportunity. Increases to number will be accommodated where possible, however cannot be guaranteed. Any cancellation by the customer due to a change in participant numbers, is subject to the same terms and conditions of cancellation listed above. Shoalhaven Transfers tours/transportation will continue in adverse weather conditions where it is deemed by staff to be safe and reasonable to do so. The above listed cancellation fees/rules apply, however in the event of a significant ‘ catastrophic weather event, staff will contact any booking and reasonably arrange an alternative arrangement and/or return of deposits.The amount will be reasonable and determined at the discretion of Shoalhaven Transfers. BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS AND STAFF
Shoalhaven Transfers will not tolerate aggressive, quarrelsome and argumentative behaviour from participants under any circumstances. Any participants deemed to exhibit any of these bahiours, or behaving in an anti social manner, displaying signs of unreasonable levels of intoxication, will be excluded for removed from services. No refund will be returned to participants removed under these above mentioned circumstances. Behaviour of such persons may result in the tour/transportation being discontinued for the safety of persons. If this occurs, no refund will be return to any person involved in the above monetised behaviour, or any person in the same group/booking group as the parties involved. The use of illicit drugs is prohibited at all time on our services. Staff reserve the right to cancel any service at any time, should any person be witnessed in possession, or intoxicated by illicit drugs Of any kind. No refund will be returned on cancellation or refusal of services, due to a participant being in possession of, or intoxicated by, illicit drugs Of any kind. DELAYS;
Shoalhaven Transfers will make all reasonable efforts to ensure participants arrive at the their destination as direct, and promptly as possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances , (including weather, traffic congestion, roadworks, diversions, medical emergencies) the ability of services to arrive prior to a participants departure time may be impacted. Shoalhaven Transfers do not take responsibility for any late arrivals, beyond the reasonable responsibility of staff. Our fleet or vehicles are serviced as per advice of licensed mechanics and vehicle specifications. Any late arrival due to breakdown of our vehicle will not be the responsibility of Shoalhaven Transfers. In the event of a breakdown, arrangement of Shoalhaven Transfers alternate transport services will be made by Shoalhaven Transfers. Shoalhaven Transfers encourages all participants to obtain relevant travel insurance with respect to this section. It is the responsibility of participants to supply Shoalhaven Transfers with the correct details of their connection trip/departure/arrival. Staff will communicate these particulars and confirm in writing (email/text). Any inconvenience to a customer related to miscommunication or supply of incorrect details to Shoalhaven Transfers, will be the responsibility of the participant.
