CALOWS COACHES PTY LTD

We currently have a position available at our Hobart Depot for a Casual Bus Driver.
This position has a minimum base of 4 hours per school day with a variety of additional work available on top of that.

We are a proudly Tasmanian owned and operated company.
We have regular government contracted school runs for both private and public schools, plus lots of charter bookings for in between school runs, which range from a wide variety of school excursions, general charter trips and day tours and school holiday programs.
Weekend work is also available if interested.

Requirements :
Medium Rigid Licence or higher
Public Vehicle / Ancillary Licence
Working with vulnerable people card
Experience driving a 57 seater coach or large truck.

Are you reliable, flexible, interested in a base roster with a minimum of 4 hours per school day with a variety of additional work on offer on top of that?

Glenlusk is now emergency evacuate immediatly and this includes Faulkners Rd.
Our afternoon service will terminate at top of Allunga Road at the roundabout.
Please collect children from here or ideally from school

We are aware of the out of control bushfire that sadly is at Glenlusk.
Due to this we very much doubt our bus will be allowed through.
Please collect your children from school or collect from the bus stop at the top of Allunga Road.

We are aware of the strike action happening for all Hobart public schools.

However as per directions from our contract managers, all school buses will be running at our normal contracted times.

All other schools contracted on this run have a student free day
