Our fast-growing family-owned transport business Price Logistics is looking for an experienced HR Truck and forklift driver,
Our Melbourne depot based in Dandenong South require a full-time delivery driver. You will need to be a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking team player with previous truck driving experience (Minimum 3 years). Your primary role will be one of our Delivery Drivers. This is a vital part of our business as you will be face to face with our customers, so you will need to be customer focused, Positive attitude and require strong communication skills. We work in a fast-paced environment, which will require you to have good organisational skills and excellent time management. You will be required to work Monday to Friday and some optional weekends.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to-
• Pick up and deliveries to mainly Metro Melbourne and some country Victoria.
• Forklift operation.
• Loading & unloading vehicles.
• Ad hoc duties such as vehicle washing or transporting vehicles to be maintained, general housekeeping within the vehicle.
• Some Manual handling as required.
• Follow OHS requirements.

Requirements of the position:
• Must have minimum 3 years Truck driving experience.
• Current HR Truck License
• Current Forklift License
• White card
•Confident in a manual synchromesh gearbox
• Knowledge and experience with loading and delivering building materials. And a good understanding of safety and load restraints.
• The willingness and ability to work safely at all times.
• Good driving record
• Strong time management and prioritise tasks.
• Physically fit (as manual handling will be involved at times)
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A Positive attitude and willingness to problem solve.
• Friendly Mannerism.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Capable to follow directive.
• Police Check and previous employment references.
