We now live in a time where “the court of public opinion” can override science, regulation, and best practice. Despite our industry's professionalism, care and compliance, a campaign built on emotion and misinformation has brought down a key part of our sector.

Bedeker Rural Transport are seeking a heavy rigid livestock truck driver to support our growing business based in Boorcan, south-west Victoria, Australia.
The role is responsible for loading livestock and transporting them safely between farms and to saleyards and abattoirs.
To be considered for the role you must:
- Hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) drivers license
- Have strong animal handing skills and experience, or a willingness to learn
- Have good communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and work ethic
- Be adaptable and confident with change
- Be physically fit and healthy
We’re a small, family owned and operated business who pride ourselves on our livestock handling and customer service.
We work predominantly in south-west Victoria, so you'll be home every night, with the odd exception.
